At Woodland Studios, I believe that building your online presence should feel exciting, not stressful. That’s why we guide you through a simple, thoughtful process that’s designed around your needs and your schedule.
Let’s turn a complicated process into an experience you’ll actually look forward to.
1. Contact Woodland Studios
Book a discovery call and let’s chat! These are very informal. I want to hear about your business, your hopes and dreams, and learn about why you reached out! I will let you know if I believe I am a good fit for your project. Once I’ve learned about the scope of the project I will send over a custom proposal and contract. After the contract has been signed an invoice for 50% of the payment will be due.
2. Kickoff Meeting
We’ll begin your project with a Kickoff Meeting to lay the groundwork for a successful design process. We’ll go through your existing website together, page by page, to understand what’s working, what’s missing, and what your goals are moving forward. This collaborative walkthrough helps us gather all the content, imagery, and ideas we’ll need—without the back-and-forth emails. During the meeting, we’ll also discuss strategy, align on your vision, and offer marketing insight to ensure your new site connects with your ideal audience and drives results.
3. Website Build
This is the stage where we bring your vision to life—combining the content and goals we’ve uncovered with our strategic approach to design and marketing. We work quickly, thoughtfully, and efficiently to move your project forward. Once the initial design is complete, we’ll send it your way and begin the revision phase to make sure everything feels just right.
4. Revisions
The revision phase is all about fine-tuning. Once you’ve reviewed the initial design, you’ll have the opportunity to share any feedback or adjustments you'd like to see. Whether it’s tweaking content, layout, or design elements, we’ll work closely with you to make sure everything aligns with your vision. Our goal is to ensure the final product feels not only polished but completely personalized to your brand.
5. Website Launch!
Once everything has been refined and approved, it’s time to launch! We’ll take care of the final setup and testing to ensure everything runs smoothly. From there, your new website will go live and be ready to share with the world. We’ll provide you with any necessary training or resources, so you feel confident managing your site moving forward. It’s always our goal to make launch day feel exciting, seamless, and successful.
